How often do you go to sleep, dream that you've woken up and say, "Thank God I'm awake!" ?

It's amazing to me that anything seems anywhere near tangible.

I honestly don't know how my atoms and molecules haven't decided to go off and do their own thing with someone else.

In fact, right now, it's kind of hard for me to look at my hands and relate them back to my head.

When you look at everyone on top and on bottom, when you see people lie, cheat, and steal. And when you see them swear on the truth, play fair, and give charitably...

And when you see us do nothing but survive. And when we don't even do that.

When we just exist because we were too lazy to do more- too lazy to even do less and not exist at all.

When we're at the bottom of the rung, raping and whoring ourselves out.

Or at the top sacrificing ourselves and giving 110% back to everyone.

And every single spot in between.

I think I realize that we're just trying to be happy no matter what.

That's all anyone ever wants: To be happy one way or the other.
